The Foundation of The BuckyBalls preschool was laid with the purpose of creating a learning environment that accommodates all individual learners, providing them with opportunities to maximize their inherent potential. We dream to build a robust foundation and to capture the latest and most innovative learning and teaching techniques so that we can introduce them successfully in our teaching programs.

Meet Our Founder

Yash Jain

Yash is an MBA from ICFAI Business School Hyderabad. He started his career in Management Consulting where he worked closely with large Indian and Multinational corporates advising them on Growth Strategies, India Entry Strategies, Diversification / Divestment Strategies, and Process Streamlining. Lured with numbers, Yash shifted his focus from Management Consulting to Investment Banking. The bulk of his experience has been in Investment Banking and Distress Debt Resolution for corporates, banks, and investors. Yash has also been CFO of a listed company in a financial turnaround role. Additionally, he has also been on boards of corporates as a Mentor-Director. At the Buckyballs Yash, is primarily supporting his partner & cofounder, Namrata in expansion, management, team building, and implementation of newer ideas to make The Buckyballs the best place for children.

Namrata Jain

Namrata, an MBA by qualification has experience working with large corporates primarily in sales and marketing. In terms of industries served, she has worked in media & entertainment, management consulting, and telecom sectors. Namrata’s journey of deciding to launch The Buckyballs started as a mother herself. Being a working mother, she was required to drop her little girl child at a daycare. Learning from her own consumer experience, she has taken every care in designing and implementing various aspects of The Buckyballs such as infrastructure, communication, activities, didi-child ratio, teacher-child ratio, personally giving time to parents, personalization of services as per child needs, etc. She with the help of teachers and didis is currently very successfully running our flagship Thane center. She is also on a constant lookout for like-minded working mothers like her, who wish to relinquish the corporate hustle and start their entrepreneurial journey with The Buckyballs.

Our teachers are experienced and passionate about imparting play-based learning to our children. We have a low teacher-to-student ratio so that all children can get equal attention from the teacher. We have a state-of-the-art facility center where we offer a wide range of extracurricular activities as well. We have a strong focus on the safety and security of your child and that’s why we follow all safety protocols, have live stream-in CCTV for parents, and have security SOP in place.

We suggest that the right age to start preschool is 2.5 years. It’s the age when young minds of our children learn to remember the information, and they feel inclined towards thinking, creating, and exploring.
